Serge is an experienced business information analyst/specialist with a true passion for business processes and the role of data within. He is a fast learner of business jargon and helps customers to formalize business/enterprise and user requirements in an effective and structured way. He translates these requirements in high quality designs in the primary fields of Data warehousing, Business Intelligence and Business process management.
